The Rumson EMS (formerly called Rumson First Aid Squad), established in 1949, is an all-volunteer organization that provides emergency medical services to Rumson and surrounding communities as needed. Squad members are local residents – we are your neighbors. In addition to emergency medical responses, we provide stand-by coverage for local events, such as the annual fireworks display, local athletic races and games, and other community events. We respond to approximately 400 calls per year. Our services are always free of charge.
Rumson EMS is accepting donations that will be used to pay for training, buy equipment and uniforms, and host events
